BRYAN ANDERSON

Bryan Anderson is the founder of Anderson Law and an experienced real estate attorney with over a decade of experience. He represents clients in New York and across the United States on all aspects of acquiring, developing, structuring, and financing real estate assets including multi-family, office, retail, manufactured home parks, and industrial properties.
Bryan is fluent in Spanish, having lived in both Peru and Costa Rica in his childhood and has completed cross-border transactions in Spanish.
Prior to founding Anderson Law, Bryan worked at several prominent New York law firms including Wachtell Lipton Rosen and Katz; Loeb, Block and Partners and Olshan Frome Wolosky.
Bryan holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania where he was elected Editor-in-Chief of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. He also holds a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from Wharton School of Business where he studied Financial Accounting, Advanced Corporate Finance, Privatization, and Securities Law.
Gregory Byrnes is the lead litigation attorney for Anderson Law. Prior to joining Anderson Law, Gregory was the founding partner of Davis & Byrnes, former principal of The Byrnes Law Office, and worked at Rosenberg & Estis, P.C as a real estate litigator. His practice areas include both real estate litigation and transactional work.
Gregory’s clients include property owners, developers, cooperative boards (including low-income cooperatives), condominium associations, and business owners. He is also the Chief Executive Officer for ZRE Properties, an asset management and property management company located in Manhattan.

Kristen Campos is a real estate litigation associate with Anderson Law. Prior to joining Anderson Law, Kristen worked as an associate for Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. Prior to being admitted to the bar, Kristen held roles as a legal assistant and paralegal at civil litigation firms where she honed her skills for legal research and trial support.
Kristen received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2018. In 2007, Ms. Campos earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University.

Vesna Naidoo-Chinsammy is an attorney at Anderson Law, and advises clients on commercial real estate transactions and immigration matters. Her expertise lies in real estate and general business transactions, including acquiring, financing, developing, structuring, operating, leasing, and disposing of commercial real estate. She also assists clients with business immigration and family-based immigration matters, such as acquiring immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, temporary work authorizations, and permanent residence status.
Before joining Anderson Law, Vesna worked at Vinson & Elkins LLP as an associate in the real estate group and Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics with honors from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business and a J.D. from Fordham University's School of Law. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a credit analyst at Standard & Poor's and TIAA, focusing on investment-grade companies in the financial sector.

Thomas “Tommy” Michaelides is a seasoned real estate attorney at Anderson Law, and advises clients on commercial real estate transactions nationwide. With a comprehensive background in acquisitions, development, and financing across various asset classes, Tommy brings valuable expertise to his clients. He also has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring joint ventures tailored to the needs of complex real estate deals.
Before joining Anderson Law, Tommy served as a senior associate in the commercial real estate group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Tommy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from Fordham University and obtained his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was awarded the Lisle Merit Scholarship. His fluency in Greek, acquired during his upbringing in Greece before relocating to the United States for his education, further enriches his ability to serve a diverse clientele.
With his wealth of experience and dedication to client success, Tommy Michaelides is a trusted advocate in the real estate sector.
Jordan is an experienced real estate attorney at Anderson Law. He represents clients in the acquisitions, financing, and leasing of multi-family and single-family properties in New York City and the state. As a passionate, focused, and driven attorney, he makes the needs of his clients his number one priority.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan worked and interned at several real estate-focused companies and law firms in New York City, including Pantheon Properties, the NYC Housing Development Corporation, and Olshan Frome Wolosky.
During law school, Jordan received the distinction of being named a Berg Fellow for his demonstrated commitment to aiding in the continuing development of affordable housing in NYC. Jordan also served two years on the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal as a Staff Editor and Associate Editor. His journal note was written on the intersectionality of art and real estate law in the saga of federal cases surrounding the whitewashing of 5Pointz, a longstanding graffiti-showcase building in Long Island City.

VeJay is a real estate litigator at Anderson Law. Prior to joining Anderson Law, VeJay was an associate at Florio Kenny Raval, LLC., where he represented some of the largest public entities in New Jersey and served as the Passaic County Patient Advocate for two years.
While studying at Rutgers Law School, VeJay was the managing developments editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. VeJay was also a member of the Moot Court Board while at Rutgers Law and served on the executive boards for both the Rutgers Environmental Law Society as well as the Public Interest Law Student Association. After graduating from Rutgers Law School, VeJay served as the law clerk for the Presiding Criminal Judge for Bergen County, the Honorable Margaret M. Foti, P.J.S.C.
Sam is an associate attorney in the Litigation Department at Anderson Law, where he has been instrumental in drafting motions and appellate briefs. Before joining Anderson Law, Sam was employed at Rose & Rose, a real estate firm that focuses on landlord-tenant law.
Sam graduated from the University of Toronto in 2017 and Brooklyn Law School in 2023, where he received the Judge William B. Carswell Merit Scholarship. At Brooklyn Law, he was the Business Manager of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honors Society, and co-founded the Brooklyn Law School Athletics Society. Sam also gained valuable experience interning for the Hon. Claire Kelly at the U.S. Court of International Trade and with Davis & Byrnes, which sharpened his legal research and writing skills.
Maria Fischer is a recent graduate of Brooklyn Law School and a law clerk at Anderson Law. Maria joined Anderson Law in her second year of law school and has continued her career with the firm post-graduation. Once admitted to the bar, Maria will become a litigation associate.
Maria began her professional career in journalism. She graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and worked as an entertainment reporter and editor in New York City for six years before attending law school.
At Brooklyn Law School, Maria centered her education on real estate. She completed the real estate law concentration, which earned her the Real Estate Law Certificate, and served as the President and Communications Co-Chair of the Real Estate Society. She also earned a Pro Bono Public Service Award for her work in the school’s Community Development Corporations Clinic. Prior to joining Anderson Law, Maria was a law clerk at Davis & Byrnes.
