  • The Firm negotiates commercial leases for landlords and tenants throughout New York City and around the United States including retail, food and beverage, office, not-for-profit and industrial leases.

  • The Firm conducts leasing diligence for various owners, operators and developers in New York City, including leasing record reviews and DHCR rent roll and case review. The Firm also advises landlords on disputes with tenants and on regulatory and administrative matters.

  • The Firm’s litigation team supports all aspects of our client’s transactional work and provides strategy advice on various transactional matters.

Anderson Law was founded by Bryan Anderson, a transactional real estate attorney with over a decade of experience. Prior to founding Anderson Law, Bryan worked at several prominent New York City law firms including Wachtell Lipton Rosen and Katz; Loeb, Block and Partners and Olshan Frome Wolosky. In addition to to his legal practice, Bryan manages a portfolio of family owned properties in Washington State, Oregon, North Carolina and New York and serves on the executive team of Peak Capital Advisors, a New York-based real estate operator focused on multifamily, mixed-use and office transactions in the New York City area giving Bryan unique insight into the everyday issues faced by the industry.
